Miriam & Rodolfo Stefano started the Tuscan Pig in 2013 as chef vendors at the Historical Longview Farmers Market. The fan base launched them into a dine-in restaurant which opened its doors in January 2016. Every locally sourced ingredient is hand picked by Miriam and Rodolfo personally. They believe quality is central to any good meal, even down to each head of lettuce and ripe tomato used.
